We are the end owner, not a broker.
Acquity buys and holds Australian businesses. We are not a fund with a closing date, and we are not a broker passing a business along to the highest bidder. When we buy, the business comes to us and stays.
That one fact shapes everything else. It is why we can take our time, why we care what happens to the team, and why we say no to businesses that need a different kind of owner. We would rather own a few businesses properly than many in name only.
